These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackshine website and services. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About our services
Trackshine provides Spotify promotion services, including plays, streams, monthly listeners, followers, playlist followers, saves, premium plays, podcast plays and geo-targeted delivery. All services are delivered through our own network of real, active accounts.
2. No affiliation with Spotify
Trackshine is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. "Spotify" and all related marks are trademarks of Spotify AB. We do not represent that our services will result in any specific outcome on the Spotify platform.
3. Ordering & delivery
- When you place an order you must provide an accurate, public Spotify URL for the content you want to promote.
- Delivery typically starts within minutes of successful payment. Larger orders may be drip-fed over several days to keep growth natural.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Network conditions, Spotify rate limits and order volume can affect timing.
- You are responsible for ensuring the URL you submit is correct, public and not restricted. We cannot deliver to private, deleted or geo-blocked content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Trackshine only for content you own or have explicit permission to promote. You may not use our services to:
- Promote content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or fraudulent;
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorisation;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our systems;
- Provide false or misleading information when ordering.
5. Refills & money-back guarantee
- If delivery drops below the promised amount during the stated protection period, we will refill it free of charge. Contact support to request a refill.
- If we fail to deliver your order at all, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Refund requests for partially delivered orders are assessed case by case at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available where an order was delivered successfully but the underlying Spotify URL was later removed, changed or made private by you.
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment partners. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackshine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order.
8. Third-party platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms (including Spotify) over which we have no control. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, including policy updates, algorithm changes, account actions, or removal of content, that may affect the visibility or persistence of delivered services.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Trackshine website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Trackshine or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trackshine harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
